My work focuses on improving wellbeing by incorporating goal-setting and accountability into the therapeutic process. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals and find balance in their lives. I’m passionate about modernizing the practice, including prioritizing safe, inclusive therapy, for all identities."

Yes, our Founder & Principal Therapist is a licensed professional clinical counselor candidate (LPCC) in Colorado and has a Master's in Professional Clinical Counseling with a focus in Social Justice from the University of San Francisco.
03
What's your pricing?
add
Initial sessions are always free. Book a time here.
Sessions for individuals: $150 per session.
Sessions for couples & families: $200 per session.
04
Do you accept insurance?
add
Sessions are FSA/HSA eligible, but Chapter doesn't currently accept insurance. If your insurance accepts out-of-network therapists, we can provide a superbill. If you have any specific questions, please email us at sabrina@chaptertherapy.com
