Recognize the cycle
Map what triggers the pattern, how each person reacts, and where the conversation gets stuck.
IN-PERSON WORKSHOP · SANTA ROSA
Find the cycles you keep falling into, name what’s happening without blame, and practice a healthier way forward together.

Map what triggers the pattern, how each person reacts, and where the conversation gets stuck.
Learn to describe the dynamic as something happening between you, rather than something wrong with one person.
Try a different way to respond and leave with a practical plan for interrupting the pattern at home.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The workshop combines short teaching segments, private reflection, guided worksheets, and simple communication exercises. You will leave with language for one recurring relationship pattern and a realistic plan for changing what happens next.
This is an educational workshop, not group therapy. Come on your own or with a partner, and share only what feels comfortable.
Settle in, meet Sabrina, and get a simple introduction to how recurring relationship patterns form.
Use a guided worksheet to map a familiar cycle—what starts it, how each person responds, and where it gets stuck.
Learn a clear framework for talking about the pattern as the shared problem, rather than making either person the problem.
Choose a new pause, request, or repair and work through it in a low-pressure individual or partner exercise.
Pick one small change to try at home, with time for final questions and reflection.
