Weekly Cohorts
Clinician-led weekly cohorts for parents or grandparents, meeting in person in a Sonoma County community space or virtually. Each group meets weekly for ten weeks, beginning in Winter 2027.
A shared space for learning and connection.
Sabrina Briceño, a licensed professional clinical counselor and the founder of Chapter, leads practical learning and guided conversations with others navigating similar family transitions. These are educational, supportive groups, not group psychotherapy. Sharing personal experiences is always optional.
The exact location, schedule and pricing will be shared before registration opens. Joining an interest list does not reserve a place or commit you to payment.
