For Organizations
Workshops your team will actually remember
Chapter team workshops are live, therapist-led sessions for the workplace. Instead of abstract theory, your team learns how communication, conflict and stress actually work between people, and practices healthier patterns in real time, guided by a licensed counselor.
Every workshop is shaped around your team: what's working, what's hard right now, and what you'd like to be different. Start a conversation below and we'll design the right format together.
Let's talkWhat we do
What's a team workshop?
A team workshop is a guided working session where your team learns and practices relational skills: the same skills that counseling builds one-on-one, taught and practiced in a group setting. Workshops are educational, supportive and practical. They are not group therapy, and no one is asked to disclose private personal or mental-health information in front of colleagues.
Sessions combine short teaching, live facilitation, and exercises your team does together. The goal is simple: people leave with language and tools they can use the next day: in meetings, in feedback, in hard conversations.
Topics
What can we work on?
Every engagement is designed for your team, but most workshops build on these themes:
Communication under pressure
How teams talk when stakes are high, and how to speak clearly without escalating.
Conflict that works
Turning friction into useful signals instead of avoidance, blame or silent resentment.
Boundaries and workload
Saying no well, protecting focus time, and making expectations explicit.
Burnout and recovery
Recognizing early signs and building team habits that make recovery possible.
Feedback and repair
Giving and receiving hard feedback, and repairing after things go sideways.
Belonging and inclusion
Practical ways to help every person on the team feel safe, seen and heard.
Formats
How does it work?
We'll find the format that fits your team, whether that's one session or a longer series:
Single session
One focused workshop on a single topic, scheduled around your team's calendar.
Workshop series
A sequence of sessions that builds skills over time, with space between meetings to practice.
Facilitated offsite block
A longer block of time for deeper work on communication, conflict or team trust.

Workshops are available virtually, or in person where Sabrina works, in Sonoma County, CA, with travel arranged case by case. Sessions are led by Sabrina Briceño, Licensed Therapist, MA, LPCC in California and Colorado.
