Parent & Family Cohorts

Workshops are standalone learning sessions. Cohorts bring a small group together over a series of sessions, with practical learning and connection for new parents, couples, and grandparents.

What every workshop includes

  • Live guidance from a licensed counselor.
  • Join on your own or with another person.
  • Camera on or camera off, whichever you prefer.
  • Practical exercises you try during the session.
  • Optional, anonymous participation where it helps.
  • A downloadable reflection workbook.
  • One concrete action to practice afterward.
  • A follow-up email with a seven-day reflection exercise.

You never have to share. No one is asked to disclose private relationship or mental-health information in front of the group.

Workshops are educational. They're not group therapy or a substitute for individualized mental-health treatment.
